| Watching Wishes after Chef Mickeys? Yay, it's WDW trip planning time again! I'm so excited to be within the 6 month mark and can start planning and making reservations!! So, we are arriving on a Saturday morning and will be having dinner at Chef Mickey's that evening at 5:45pm. To celebrate our first night in WDW, we are planning on hanging around the MK area to watch Wishes afterwards. It starts at 8pm that night according to the calendar. My question to you all is, where should we watch Wishes? Obviously I would love to be able to hear the music, and we will have access to the monorail since we are dining at the Contemporary. We are staying off-property so we will be driving over the Contemporary from our rental home. So, somewhere at the Contemporary or on the monorail loop is best. What do you think? Where should we watch? Thank you for all suggestions!

| Re: Watching Wishes after Chef Mickeys? There is an observation deck on the 4th floor that is open to the public... not sure the music is piped in like in the rooms (channel 20) and California Grill observation deck (15th floor)

| Re: Watching Wishes after Chef Mickeys? I am pretty sure that the music is piped in to the fourth floor observation area. I remember watching it from there four years ago. Nice area to watch.

| Re: Watching Wishes after Chef Mickeys? I've wanted to head over to the Polynesian beach and grab a hammock for the show sometime. Seems like such a peaceful place to get away from all the crowds for a bit. Might want to consider that if you want a different experience and don't mind riding the monorail. |
