    disney bus system?

We usually drive.....we are flying in may. We will stay at ALL Star Music and i know that sometimes the all stars DONT share buses.
So, when we leave a park or at downtown disney will the bus we get on always say "all stars" or will they sometimes say "music" or "sports" etc..?
Many times folks go and the whole time they are there...the buses arent shared at the all stars, sometimes they are.
    any input?

    Re: disney bus system?

From what I remember each all star resort has their own buses (example: the bus will say "All-Star Music"). The All Star resorts tend to be the most crowded and if they shared buses, the lines would be even longer... not to mention the travel time stopping at each resort.

That being said, they may "share" buses during the low seasons but that is just an assumption on my part.

Hope this somewhat answers your question.

generally everywhere you go the specific buses are labeled... like if you go to Downtown Disney a bus might be labeled "All Star Movies, All Star Sports, and All Star Music... (not that they generally have that many resorts on one bus...) they are good like that most of the time...

seriously just give yourself around 45 min to get where you have to go... you will be better served taking that approach... between waiting at the resort... the pickup at the next resort and the trip to the destination... it could rack up the minutes especially if you have ADR's somewhere...

    Re: disney bus system?

If I remember correctly the last time I stayed at the All-Star resorts I believe that they all shared buses at slow times of the day. In the mornings the buses filled up but by afternoon there was alot less people so they would start at one resort and hop to the other two until the bus was full.

    Re: disney bus system?

I've stayed at both Sports and Music over the years. When I've visited in slower times, I've seen where one bus hits all three All-Stars, but I doubt that'll be the case in May. When they do not share buses, it'll be very clear which bus is for which hotel - they'll say "All-Star Sports" or "All-Star Music". You won't have to guess. Have a great trip!
