Celebrating a triumph
This school year my softball team set several school records for fastpitch.
The records we set are having a winning record, winning more then one game, running ruling people(and not get run ruled that much), and most importantly we won the first girl districts in anything for our school
. A friend who was on the team with me is more then likely coming and we both play basketball and depending on how we do there we might have more to celebrate. So does anyone have ideas on how to celebrate this. I go to WDW every year but my friend hasnt been since she can remember. So another thing is if anyone has any go jokes to play on her that would be cool to.(and yes she will be trying beverly

Re: Celebrating a triumph
Thanks guys! So do you know of anything fun that's not too pricey that we can do to celebrate since this is pretty much her first time because she can't remember the first and i want this trip to be something that she and i will remember for years to come. I want is to be a highlight (with all our other accomplishments) of her freshmen year and my sophomore year.

Re: Celebrating a triumph
Volunteer to be the "cast" in the Backlot Tour (I think the age is 16), split a Kitchen Sink at Beaches & Cream, compete on TSMM with the "loser" having to buy the sundae at B&C, bring a little school mascot or somethig from your team and take pictures with it at all the park icons, have the characters sign a softball or your glove.

Re: Celebrating a triumph
do one of the character buffets (maybe the Crystal Palace, it seems to be one of the more reasonably priced), shop at Downtown Disney, go on as many major attractions as humanly possible, take pictures in front of every EPCOT country...and I agree with the Backlot Tour volunteering
also, go Mini-Golfing...definitely one of the underrated things in Disney World (Fantasia Gardens I think is better because I am an avid mini-golfer, but WinterSummerland is probably more fun)

Re: Celebrating a triumph
Those ideas sound great! But do they check ids or anything for the backlot tour because my friend will only be 15 but she took pass as 16 because she is tall and i have gotten and seen that show almost every year and that would be something memorable for me. And were do you go to volunteer for that? The EPCOT world showcase sounds like fun! Thanks for all the ideas!! And does anyone know were i can find lightning mcqueen to take a picture with because Cars is my friends favorite disney move!
