anniversary celebrations

Hi all... just a quick question: My husband and I are going on an anniversary celebration trip in September, however our real anniversary is in July. We just weren't able to go for the actual date. In order to do the buttons, etc. does it have to be the real date of the anniversary?

Howdy!

Nope, we just got back from WDW last week, and although our 24th isn't until December, we wore anni. buttons the whole time 'cause we're not gonna' be able to get there for our actual anni. either. We had a blast with them bein' congratulated all over the place and were even given a champagne toast at Whispering Canyon at WL one night at dinner in front of the whole restaurant! Our waitress had us give each other a big smooch, too!
