What do you carry with you in the parks?

As I am planning my upcoming trip, and searching the threads, I noticed we all have very different "policies" for what we like to carry around with us in the parks, from only what we can fit in our pockets to full sized strollers with carrying compartments.
So, what do you carry with you to the parks? What do you just HAVE to have with you?

    Musts for the backpack:

    camera
    extra batteries
    money and id
    sunglasses
    sunscreen
    bottle of water
    itenerary
    antibacterial stuff
    cell phone

    then, if there is room:

    autograph book and pen
    roll of shiny pennies
    roll of quarters
Nothing to countdown to, so just smile and be happy everyday!

When travelling with the kids, I take a backpack. In it, I usually have a small bit of snacks for us for in-between meals, the kids autograph books and pens, a bottle of water or two perhaps, a disposable camera, and maybe a seperate, removeable container with money. (I take that with me on the rides, but if we have a small travel stroller, I feel fine leaving the backpack on the stroller when we go in rides-and I have not had any problems as of yet).
We wear any hats or sunglasses, and put on our sunscreen at the start of the day. I wear a lanyard around my neck with our tickets and/or room keys in it...don't want to lose that!

When I go without kids, which is rarely (but will happen next month! ) I will bring just a small "princess" backpack, so that I can carry my camera, some snacks, a jacket, a small wallet with some money, my headache medicine. I will be wearing my DWT lanyard and pass in there. I will just carry one small enough that I can carry it with me at all times.

I think we are all in agreement that we try to carry as little as possible!!!

But I agree, some of the essentials are:

Camera - both still and video
    Money & Tickets
    Water Bottle
    Wet Ones (face wipes)

We have to carry a boatload of stuff (meds, feeding pumps, diaper bag, meds, cooler, etc) but we have two wheelchairs to put it all on...

ha ha ha, I'm so funny!
I usually have a backpack with:
    • a poncho
    • a sweatshirt or light jacket for later (unless I tie that around my waist)
    • snacks for during the day if not my entire lunch
I also have a camera case with:
    • My camera
    • My key/ticket
    • credit cards
My little laynard tore at the top so I don't keep my $ in it anymore cuz I'm afraid I'll loose it.

i usually try not to carry too much stuff with me but somehow my bag always feels heavy by the end of the day i think i carry about the same things as everyone else....camera(although i need a new one, mine doesn't take pics anymore), wallet, cell phone, brush, lip gloss/chapstick(must look cute at all times!), sunglasses, depending on the weather a light sweatshirt w/ a hood, room key, and i'm sure i'm forgetting some other small items.

    what I bring:
    Camera
    Batteries (if digital)
notebook (I don't need no $20 book specifically for autographs )
    bottle of water
my coat (those 10 minute summer showers pop up out of nowhere in Orlando)
    all carried in my backpack.

of course, typically when I've gone, it's just me
All the people will look up and shout: "Save us!" and I'll whisper...'no'.
