Do you think taken is right or wrong?

I think its wrong, you'll see a lot of people asking are you taken well say NO AND I WILL NEVER BE AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER BECAUSE... (ah tell me some reasons why taken wrong ) I think taken wrong because you don't know the person in real.

I think that is could go either way.
If they don't do anything inappropiate, then whatever.
But once they start saying actions that are just too far, then well, it goes to far!

I agree with LilPinkMonkey.
I mean if people are starting to pretend to... well I think you get it... then yes it should be banned.
But if they are just standing beside each other on Main Street and not harming anyone, then leave them be.
Yes, you dont know these people, but it's kind of fun.

taken is wrong..and it does get gross. I would never do the whole Taken thing. and i have been on vmk for a long time and i always tell people not to do it. some people on there even try to control other people..

Half the time I'm just going into a popular guest room or playing music at the Street Party, and I get a friend invite from a random girl that I never even talked to! That does get VERY annoying.

As for actually being taken for me sometimes it's fun and I like to be taken, but sometimes I just feel like earning credits and trying to make my guest room as cool as possible.

Well once I was at a host room reading the photo album and one of the photos said that taken is allowen but not rooms with the words pic, met, find, get and stuff. And I even asked that host and she said "Yes taken is allowed."

Oh yea and vmkplayer when you said "Some people on there even try to control people," Well they do because maybe there's a rich boy and a poor girl and the girl keeps asking the boy for stuff.

well what i mean is like if they want you to stay in there room for example and someone has invited you to like a cafe or to play pirates they say stuff like 'if you leave i will delete you'. i saw this before and i told the person that he/she isn't a good friend

It's really wrong. First of all, you don't even know the person (that blonde-haired virtual beauty could be some 45 year old guy that lives with a cat), also, adult subjects aren't even allowed on VMK, so there.

Also, playing 'House' on VMK in my eyes is spam. You don't need 300 kids going around pretending to be rare baby dragons and needing free gifts.

Taken and baby are among the reasons I first quit VMK. I do not hesitate in reporting anyone who asks me if I'm taken.

I dislike it intensely. I setup a second account under dh's email address and had dozens of characters approach me with this "taken" thing. I always post in my background that I am not interested in trading or being "taken", yet it still comes up from complete strangers. Creepy! This and the game crashing constantly has kept me from playing as much as I used to.
