Whoa. I suggest you make that trade a little better. Gold Mickey Ears are rare, but I wouldn't just trade it for a HSM room. It's up to you, but I think you can get more out of that.
PunkPwincess, I am saying that Gold Mickey Ears are better than a HSM room(what I believe) If you are trading Mickey Ears, you should ask for a HSM room AND some furniture. And no, I dont have the HSM room.
