If you mean you kept getting lost, me too! I click on "vmk" at the top right map screen, and I just hit the games from there (I like themOriginally Posted by Jiminy Cricket

btw they've got a turn table to DJ your mix in VMK's Pleasure Island!I think it's funny.

Try reinstalling the Shockwave plugin (perhaps uninstalling it first)

Maybe I have to restart my computer too. Thank you for the help everyone.
Okay I realize that I'm a little late posting in this thread but if I may, I would like to suggest an encoding scheme based on the pictures that Tampa has so graciously provided for the VMK Music game. I realize that manual encoding may take a little more time/effort, but may lend itself to being easier to share with others - or to just jot down in a hurry.
I would like to suggest the following one-letter designations for the symbols in the game:
C - Circle (Filled)
S - Square
T - Triangle
H - Heart
P - Pentacle (Star)
B - Bars (Equals)
X - Cross (Plus)
D - Donut (Hollow Circle)
N - No Symbol (blank)
...And the following single-letter designations for the colors:
R - Red
O - Orange
G - Green
M - Magenta
Y - Cyan
Since there are four lines of symbols in the game, the resulting code would be four lines as well. To encode each line, you would simply state each symbol color and type. So a Red Filled Circle could be encoded as RC. I would also suggest a very basic form of compression/notation for repeating patterns since they often occur in music. This may be done by using Parenthesis () around the portion that repeats, and use a number outside of the parenthesis to designate how many times the pattern should repeat. Furthermore, if an entire row is to stay the same color then you may just note the color once at the beginning of the line.
For example, the code for the music that Tampa's first showed us could be encoded as follows:
Edit: To shave a few more characters off, you could use the color designation for the first/prominent color in a line, and then specify the new color for any non-conforming symbols. Could also forego the parenthesis around single repeating symbols and simply place the number next to the symbol character. Using these additional methods, the above code could be shortened to the following:Code:O (P)8 C (H B)2 (C)3 GC GB GC GX GC GB (GP)2 N (GP)2 MS (GD)2 GC GX MC MS MC MH (RP)4 MC MS (RP)2 (RS)4 Y H N (D H)7
Code:O P8 C (H B)2 C3 G C B C X C B P2 N P2 MS D2 C X M C S C H RP4 C S RP2 RS4 Y H N (D H)7

I just played my mix 50 times and received 200 credits!! WOOT!!
I would take a screen shot but do not know how on a mac![]()
Apple-shift-4 and then highlight the area you want. Or, for the full screen APple-shift-3. Or, to take a picture of one window, apple-shift-4 and then when you get the crosshairs, hit the space bar and you get a camera. Click on the window you want to take a picture of.
The picture will appear on the desktop..
I ended up buying/donating a red table to disneybuff/mickeywanna for his VMK Help Center room... my room's pretty full and I really want the haunted mansion room so I'm TRYING to save!Originally Posted by crashbunny
