sounds like you need to clear your cookies and internet temp files, right along with clearing the "history" file too..

all found in your computers control panel: internet options.

sometimes you can't even enter a room (or your own) when these are not done from time to time.

it takes you to the login page, without the java scripting that makes the page a certain size. you can change the size of your screen this way. This also helps if you want to trade between two accounts on one computer and don't want to use firefox.

Okay this has gone from bad to worst. I try both Doug's and Tampa's suggestions and I'm still having the same problem. Everytime I open the game I can't see the bottom I need to change my clothes okay yes it's that serious. I need the bottom half to come up so I can get around the parks quicker. Once again it only happen here at work. I know I should be working but this is more important. HELP!!!!!
