Okay now I need help in VMK

Okay doesn't anyone know how to fix the way I can view my screen in VMK? All of a sudden now when I go into play I can't see the bottom of the screen. It just open up in maximize size only and when I try to minimize the screen it compeltely minimizes the screen. I can't see any of the bottom half with my globe and were you type messages and my camera and all of that stuff. Help me out please.

I have never had that happen to me - but I think it may have happened to Doug once - perhaps he will post how he fixed it.

it happened to me a couple of times
try these
re-install shockwave
reboot
try different browser - i use firefox all the time
but i sometimes need to use IE when firefox gets finicky and I need my VMK fix

Okay I really need help guys. I try all of Crash's suggestion and none of them work. It so bad now that I can't even email the VMK staff to let them know the problem becasue I can't see the bottom of tht either. HELP ME PLEASE

ok no need to panic

on the main VMK page if you look around there are FAQs

there are a few links with suggestions for problems with the game
and this might be in there

try that

you should be able to get to the main page ok without window issues and there is an area where you can get help from the VMK staff

let me know if you can get there

No I click on the VMK staff window still no bottom for me to see. This is crazy.

I mean the main start up page
the one that tells you how many are on the game
where you click on to get the pop-up window

is that one all messed up
its not a pop-up window - its a webpage
if you have issues with that one
then you need to check your internet options and see if you changed sizes for anything
