    I was surprised to see this and somewhat disappointed. It is like a passing of an era. There are not many left that was personally affiliated with Walt. Mr. Sklar will be missed. I'm glad that I had the opportunity through television and digital media to be able to watch him passionately and enthusiastically talk about his time with Disney.

    Yep. Mr. Sklar will be missed.

    But, unfortunately, a lot of the cynical purists out there that have accused him of "losing touch with the company and what it stands for" will see Sklar's departure as a cause for a celebration instead.
    "Boy, I'm tired. I think I'll head over to The Hall of Presidents and take a nap."
