i've read somewhere in a review of home on the range that it's to be the "last" disney studios movie or the last of it's type.i'm a bit confused at what this means exactly.---does anyone know anything about this---i mean are they using a different studio or something? ---i certainly miss the classics!!surely they won't change them too much:mickey:

As far as I know everything on the current slate is CG. There are no hand drawn features being planned at this time and anything that once was has since been either dumped or replanned as CG.

pity i loved those classics and my favourite is aladdin---apart from the kiddy ride at MK disney don't have much on this movie as regards dining or rides which is a personal pity.....anyway there's so much else to love i suppose:mickey:

Bummer
I wish after coming up with a *excellent* story for an animated film they'd decide which medium would fit the story the best.
Not all animated films need to be CGI IMHO.

I agree the Disney animated films are classics, but alas progress seems to point the way to CGI for the near future. It's a shame, but in the end it all comes down to dollars and cents.
