I was wondering if anyone could reccomend which program is better, the CareerStart Program or the College Program? I've been looking at the official website and both look like equaly wonderful oppertunities! Has one worked out better for someone than the other? Is one more reccomended than the other for colleges or future employment? Any imput on the subject would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks for your help. Does anyone else have any advice?
I don't have any advise, but I do have a question to add.
Is the Career Start program just for recent High School graduates? I ask because I have a friend that I would like to do the CS while I do the CP in a couple of years, but he is not in college any more. Thanks in advance.

It is just for high school seniors and recent high school graduates at least 18 years of age who have received their diploma or GED in the past 48 months, however there are other opportunities your friend might have the ablility to participate in...here's the website for ther CareerStart Program. The Disney CareerStart Program - Walt Disney World Resort If you click on "students" and then scroll down there's another link to "other opportunites." There might be some information for your friend there.
However, if you get hired through CP your friend wil have enough advance notice that he can go to the Casting Center and apply as a seasonal (CT/CS) CM at one of the locations similar to yours. Especially during Peak Seasons they hire on a lot of seasonal employees. Be aware that in CP you will be required to stay at Vista Way complex, and he will not be allowed to stay there. Now it is just like any other apartment complex, so you guys can visit but you won't be able to be roommates or anything like that.
Oh ok. I guess since he just graduated Community College he wouldn't qualify. That is a good idea about him going down for a regular job while I'm down there (hopefully) Thanks for the help you guys!
