That's cool. I was there Summer 2007 (I was at Epcot). Where did you stay? I was at Chatham.

I am planning on heading down to start my first CP in the fall of '09. I was looking for more information and came across this site. Does any know when the new schedule for presentations will be posted? Anyone from Michigan on here planning on going down in the fall?

Disney should start recruiting for Fall 2009 in late Jan/early Feb. Maybe I will see you down there. I plan on applying for Fall 2009 myself.

Yeah that is kind of what I figured. I have the personal contact information for one of the recruiters so I will probably call her soon and talked to her about it.

What roles will you be picking? Mine are character performer, character attendant (again), attractions, photopass, and maybe FSFB and costuming.

I will most likely do those same ones, except I think I am going to wait to do the performer until I get down there and kind of feel out what I want to do. I really like being on stage but I have limited experience, I really only do hosting of big concerts for the University, but I think I could hold my own if I wanted to audition for something.
What is FSFB?

What is FSFB?

Just wanted to let you know- you could only audition in FL if you planned on extending.

FSFB= Full Service Food and Beverage. It's the sit-down restaurants.

Yeah I do plan on extending once I get down there. I have heard nothing but good things about the program and I have no reason to think I will think any different.

Thats kind of what I thought FSFB stood for but I wasn't sure. that would be fun to do as well. I work at a really busy restaurant right now and its a ton of fun. I'm pretty much up for anything though.

I would really like to end up as a FTer. I'm am just worried that if I do, then there won't be much room for improvement as far as moving up in the company. I am a business major so this is something that I have had drilled in my head for the past 4 years now.

So if you have done so many programs, how old are you? I am 21 but I will be 22 by the time I go and I'm kind of curious what the average age is down there, whether I will be considered older or average?

Thank you for answering all my questions, you are really making this exciting for me when I can get the real answers quickly instead of the "Text Book" answer.
