    Re: wait time for acceptance

ye, my interview was over the phone too, on the 18th, and i got the same pending letter. its nuts. lol. i cant believe you havent gotten yours yet, what with living so close! just out of curiosity, which interviewer did you have? and if lizzie reads this, same question. i have a theory that it might be the specific interviewer only that sent out the pending status letters...mayybe. :/

    Re: wait time for acceptance

btw. another question, if i got a pending letter that says i will hear back by april 17, does that mean that after the regular 6 wk limit i cant call and check to see if there's a mistake or something? i have to wait 8?? 0_0

    Re: wait time for acceptance

    Megs,

good questions I am not sure what to answer them. Prehap that specific interviewer do send out pending letters but at same time, prehap the reasons to make sure that people are most qualified to do the roles as part of their internships.

I personally think pending letter was because of my deafness that would put them in the doubt position and step back and look at the roles and position where should i work to match my skills and my deafness. I can work anywhere if i can but at same time, i do have little limited things that i cant do which is to take the call or can hear the overcall in the park if the emergency came up etc.

for other question i am not sure about you cant call back within six week from interview date. I think you can check it out and make sure things are going okay. Just to show them that you are eager to work for them and get in internship with them. i think?

i hope i can help you out with this but i think there are other people can help even more hehe

    take care!!!

    Hey Megs!

well, i had the interview that they ask you first for the roles you would like to do... and then they start giving you examples of different situations of guests, like the kid that cant ride because is too small... or the person that want to get an item at the store and there is none is stock etc... i dont know if its the same one, actually! i thought there was only one type of interview !! well for me it was kind of easy interview.. i tought that it was going to be at least LONGER than it was... but i guess is not! i havent received my letter yet! and im dying, i sent an email to my recruiter about 2 weeks ago, i was so desperate and didnt know what was happening... and she wrote me back saying "We will be in touch within a few weeks. Have a great day!" that was it!!! i almost cried! oh well i guess i have to wait ... and yes!! you have to call if you dont hear from them by the 17th dont worry by the way i wanted to ask you, i was trying to do a research on this but i couldnt find anything... im married and i dont know if maybe that is why im having problems! i hope not!, they didnt ask me for during the interview but i mentioned so i wanted to know if you knew anything about a it

    Thanks!

no no, i was saying if we had the same INTERVIEWER not interview. the interviews are all generally the same. like i think my interviewer's name was jessica? and i wanted to know if we should call to check up on things at the 6 week marker, like the web site says, or the 8 week marker that the letter says....and as for you being married, i honestly ccouldn say. i don think it would affect your eligability, but then im not an alumn and wouldn really know all the info, i would suggest asking Joanna, shes like the wdwcp forum guru. lol
