I just had my interview this morning. Waiting is going to be the hardest part of this process. How long does it usually take for the College Recruiting to send your letter? They said three weeks, but I've seen some people say a week later too.

They told my DS 3 weeks and it was a week later when his acceptance package arrived. It was to come to the house but Disney mailed it to his dorm PO Box instead, so DS waited 2 weeks since he rarely checked his mailbox at school. Check both places. :yes: Best of luck! Let us know!:mickeykid
It can vary. My first time, it took 11 days for the letter to come. The second time took over 2 months (but that is because I auditioned, and I applied at the beginning of the season). My third time took about 2.5 weeks. And the fourth time took over 5 weeks! I just about died from the wait.Quote:

5 weeks?!? And here I've been hearing good response times (2 weeks on average), except for character performers, because of the additional audition.

For people who applied for Spring 2009, the wait was longer then normal on average (about 3-4 weeks). There were people who got letters sooner. But on average, the wait was longer for some reason. Hopefully that won't be the case for Fall 2009. I really want good news quickly (hopefully).Quote:

she said 3 to 4 weeks! it is unbearable waiting! I want to start making plans, but I know there is a chance I didn't get it. But I am sure if I get it waiting until August will be harder haha
omg. im extra excited and aprehensive now. one of my biggest worries was telling my dad about it and seeing if he would let me go if i got in...and i finally told him about it today, and he pretty much said yes!!! OMG. so now all i need is to get accepted!!!
i cant wait 3 weeks!!! its killing meeee!!! >_< and im totally with you on wanting to make plans and such. but i feel almost as if ill jinx myself if i do that.. gah
