While I was there the third complex was just for international students. The classes were actually at Chatham. I loved living in Vista since I felt like I met more people than my friends who lived at Chatham did. For some reason Vista is a place where a lot of people felt they could walk around and interact with others (which is how I met a lot of my friends). Chatham on the other hand has much nicer apartments (which is why I think they don't walk around as much), while Vista's were on the crummier side, they still felt like home. I hope that helps a little! If you have any more questions feel free to send me a message!

Thanks. Any idea what the price range difference is between Chatham and Vista? Envy, how many rooms did you have and what did you pay if you don't mind me asking?

Honestly I'm not sure about the pricing difference between the two (it's been five years). But we had a three bedroom apartment (six of us together) and it cost at that time $67 a week.

There is now a third complex for the college program kids, Patterson Court which is right next door to Chatham if I am not mistaken. I spent a few days in Chatham and while it is nice, I like Vista a little better. I like it loud but I like it quiet too and if you are not near the pool areas, it is a little quieter.

Another pro to Chatam and Patterson is that is within 2 minute to Publix by car BUT I would not entirely suggest walking back WITH groceries. This is from experience of walking back from the bus with my Wal-Mart groceries and that was maybe a quarter mile, which was the second apartment.

Another pro to Vista is that they have two pools. One is right by the buses and the other is over by the weight-room.

The rates are mostly determined by ocupency like say if there are 3 other people in you apartment, rent will be higher than rooming with 5 or 7 other people.

I would heavily reccomend Vista. It's within walking distance of Walgreens, Bennigans, and Wendys (And as exhausting as it is I walked to Walamrt a couple of times with my buddies at night and its pretty relaxing). For a lot of the buses its the last stop before go to the parks which means you can sleep in a little later. It's about ten dollars cheaper a week then the others. There are alot of parties and the security isn't "too" strict whereas Chatham and Patterson really enforce no noise.

The only bad thing that I can think of is that things tend to break (but Price Management is good on repairing the problem quickly and dont ask questions because it is Vista Way). And if your going home from the Magic Kingdom every night like me it takes about 45 minutes to get home.

Extra: Heres a music video that some of the CPs put together for Vista YouTube - VISTA WAY REMIX

Quick service food & beverage is the highest paying job as far as I know. I am not sure about table service food & beverage though.

As of the last I heard only QSR has a premium. At table service CP's are just seaters and don't really get anything extra.

    thanks for the info!

so as far as the 7.20ish-8.70ish amount ranges they gave us for roles, the only one known to be the highest or on the high side is quick service food and beverage? no one knows any info on any of the others?

Character performer is also one of the higher-paying roles. I am not positive, but I think BBB, photopass, and hospitality also are too.
