Sorry, didn't mean to offend. Vista is just on the left of lively, the other housing is really more geared to wellness. Apologies, didn't mean it the way you took it.

My son and niece both were in the program 6 months apart. My son loved Vista, he was 20 and in the Wellness buildings as was my niece, 19. My niece a very devote Christian moved within a few weeks to Chatham. Wellness is for under 21 and prohibits under-aged drinking. Disney doesn't go out of their way to look for trouble other than the first few days to set an example. If you go to You Tube you will find Vista all over the place with CP's having fun beyond those 21+ apartments. This is not to say you couldn't still live at Vista and avoid the parties. My son and his roommate worked opposite shifts. Even if you find a roommate that is on the same page you'll likely have at least 4 other roommates that may not be. You'll likely find friends that you work with that have the same interests that you will likely form bonds with. My niece was very happy at Chatham. My son if he goes back for a 2nd tour will be at Vista solely because of the reputation Vista has and he loved it for the 6 months he was there. He was very use to it having been in a dorm for 2 years prior to CP'ing. Don't worry too much about having a roommate, my son was with 6 people who didn't know each other and they are all still in contact with each other.
