ok so my gpa last semester wasnt all that great but i am determined to get it back up but i noticed two things when i looked at the requirements for applying. my gpa isnt all that great so i was wondering did it matter when considering an applicant for the program? my second question is that i have a job already so does that make me unable to apply because i saw one of the requirements was unrestricted work authorization? answers will be super helpful! thnx

GPA will depend on the school. I'm not quite sure what you mean for the second question. But you have to give full availability for the CPQuote:

What Disney asked was a certificate of "in good standing". As long as your grades were high enough to be in good standing with your college that was all they cared.
The second, was aimed more at that you could preform a job without having any restrictions coming in. Example, you will not available to work on Saturdays or Sunday because your religion says no...you won't fry a burger because you morally against meat consumption, your a guy and believe guys shouldn't serve a woman. There are a lot of humans that don't hold certain type of jobs for so many personal reasons. That would be very difficult for the college program to work around. They do however try to work with CP's that have disabilities. One of the girls in my sons group was deaf. Another CP was a Little Person.

That's genuinely a new one to me. I've encountered the "woman has to give up her place in a queue for a man" one a few times in Africa, where the women may queue for something at sunrise and still be queueing by dusk because of it. But that in the US? Crazy.
