New blog post. Kacie's Sandbox
It is so wonderful to read how much you enjoy your job Kacie!! I've been following you on tumblr and youtube. Oh will you be making another vlog soon? I'm finding them very interesting!!
Sounds like you are having fun and taking advantage of the benefits and perks.
Did you choose Minnesota for your name tag?
It says "University of Minnesota." They wouldn't let the CP's put their hometowns, just their university.
I hope so! Working 12-hour shifts is proving to be exhausting and I have 3 not-so-accommodating roommates who honestly need a few lessons in respect for one another, so that's been keeping me from doing so. However, I had a ton of ideas when I was walking around DAK today, so maybe I'll get some time to shoot a quick update soon.
Well if it doesn't get better you can keep your eyes open for more suitable roomies and you could likely transfer apartments. Just get ready to slep your stuff.Quote:
DS came home with one that stated Carthage College and another that is our home town that was a replacement. Both tucked nicely in his keepsake box. The one thing he came home without was his graduation ears, he forgot them.

Off to Hollywood Studios today with some friends. :yahoo:
i love the pic of u and donald
Not much to report today, though this week begins my more regular schedule. Basically all closing shifts for awhile.
Went to Hollywood Studios last Monday (I looked for you, Joanna but couldn't find you!) I'll be back next Tuesday (the 20th) when my BF comes down to visit. I'll look for you then. :)
Did Typhoon Lagoon on Friday. Lots of fun. Weather was nice and though the actual Lagoon (wave pool) was broken for a good chunk of the afternoon, there were virtually no lines so we rode some of the slides and did attractions more than once. It was nice.
Going to Epcot in the morning to FINALLY take my ASL test for my nametag pin, then to Epcot as a guest on Wednesday. :)
Next week (20th-22nd) I'll be going to HS, Epcot, and DAK with my BF. He's not been to WDW since he was 8 and didn't even get to do much while he was there so we're making his trip as jam-packed as possible. He's coming back in November and then January to help me move out, so we have time.
Alright, time to get ready to go back to the Quest.
whats the asl test?!
ASL = American Sign Language. So I can get the pin under my nametag that says I can speak ASL. :)

Kacie, my family and I will be in WDW Thanksgiving week and I'm gonna try to meet several other CM'S I know. Maybe we can say "HI" sometime. I've been following your posts, blogs, etc. I'm jealous! Other than the room mates, It sounds like fun!
I've actually thought about working for the mouse after I retire....in 14 years! lol!
