I can add a piece of trivia to today's entry!
Discovery Island may have closed to the public in April but it was still doing tours and had animals living there in October of 1999. I know because my BFF and I took our girl scout troop there. We did the tour during our trip after the Millenium Celebration began that year. I still have it on video, one of these days I will convert it to DVD :rolleyes:
