Can anyone help? I ordered the download guides a week ago and haven't received anything yet except the receipt. I posted a couple notes in another thread and sent an email, but haven't gotten anything yet. We were planning to use them on our trip later this week. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, or maybe they just didn't come? I don't know...
