I have a problem and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions...
I ordered the 3-Pack of Audio Books and had a problem - I never got the e-mail with the link and download instructions. I then searched out info on the message board and found Lou's instructions about how to look up your previous orders and get the downloads from there so I decided to try that...

But when I went to log in it said that no account existed with my e-mail address. I only have one e-mail address and don't believe I made a mistake when I typed it in but I litterally have no idea what to do next and am so upset and sad that I can't get these fabulous guides in time for my trip tomorrow night I'm almost about to cry. Any tips or ideas for how to recover these great guides would be so helpfull so that I can at least enjoy the guides once I'm back home.
