22 Days Since Ordered...still no books :(

We placed an order for both trivia books and have not received them yet. They were ordered on the 9th of August. On the 19th we got a notice that USPS had been notified to expect them to ship but no updates since then and we still haven't received them.

Used the contact form yesterday to request an update but haven't heard anything back.

How long does the process usually take?

I'm not sure but I can tell you that Lou has recently moved and may be backed up in shipping items out.

Hey Lou, same thing here. I ordered on Aug 1st, you said that thigs were going to be corrected and sent to me. I went to WDW and returned and still nothing. I am not mad at all...I just would like my books.
