Missing Audio Guides

I know Lou has been sick and it's the holidays, but my mother-in-law ordered the audio guide 5-pack on CD back in November as a Christmas gift for our family and has yet to receive it. Is anyone else experiencing delays in their orders? This seems very unlike Lou. Is it possible the order never went through even though she was billed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

try emailing Lou at lou@wdwradio.com and put audio guides in subject line an he will probably answer in a few days plus he has been sick
