Still Waiting...

I purchased the 5 cd audio guide on Jan 13th, paid 4.95 for priority shipping, and STILL no guides.
I understand that Lou is on yet another cruise, but this is bad business.
Another suggestion would be to at LEAST post a contact phone number for issues of this nature. When you are asking customers for financial info and money, a customer shouldn't have to go "searching" for a way to contact the provider.

When I bought the audio guides and both trivia books I waited about 10, 11 days or so...he ships through USPS ground, and he runs the business that they are sold through. He processes the orders himself, so it does take a while. And he is on a 2nd cruise, as well as in WDW...maybe he shipped them right before he left. If you don't get them by Monday, I would suggest e-mailing Lou and see what the case is with your order. I would assume he hasn't forgotten...just quite busy.

Please note that orders are normally processed and shipped withing 24-48 hours of payment being received. Based on your order date, I can only assume that your shipment was lost in transit. I will, of course send you another set as soon as I return next week, and would be happy to refund your shipping costs to apologize for the unusual delay.
