Lou, did you get the book copyrighted? I keep looking for it here, but there's just a catalog entry. If it makes in, I'll take a picture of me holding it in front of the Neptune Fountain.

If it is, there should be 2 copies at LC.

I wonder why they don't show as available. I'll have to investigate < need a sherlock holmes smiley here>. Maybe stuck in cataloging.

Nah, it's boring!

But it's stress free and it pays well.

And, I have access to most of the books here, which gives me a ton to read (I have an hour and half commute each way

).

Ana... everything should be "kosher" as far as copyrights, etc., Let me know if I or my publisher need to do anything else. In all fairness, it's only been out since the end of May if that makes a difference.

Record does not show receipt of the books, just a request to catalog. They may be in the <very large> back up in cataloging, and have not been logged in. I'll see if I can find them. Do you plan to publish it again? (as in, with new stuff, vol. 2, etc.) If it's a serial, then I can catalog it

so I can 'legally' request it.

Well, we're in the process of the 2nd printing now... as for a second edition of the book... that's up to you guys.... Positive reviews on sites like Amazon, helping to spread the word to increase sales, etc. will all help make the possibility to future editions a reality!!

Just talk to me first, so I can tell you how not to make it a cataloging nightmare (most travel books are!)

Then I get to catalog it myself.
