I am trying to remember what I did when I ordered my copy of the first book!(I ordered it from Lou and was signed) I think I just went through paypal and stayed on the regular checkout.I don't remember going through Amazon. It sometimes isn't a big deal if it is going to Canada, I am not sure about the UK though.

BTW - Tinkerbell, where in Canada are you?

I'm in QC, where are you in Ontario? I just moved back here from Guelph. I emailed Lou, we'll see what he says, maybe I'll just try to get it using Paypal like you said, I wasn't sure about the postage though.

CAMBRIDGE! I grew up here and just moved back a year and a half ago with my DH and two DDs via - Hamilton, Orlando, Toronto, Oakville, and Milton!
