CLERMONT - A 54-year-old Disney maintenance man remained at the Lake County Jail without bail Tuesday on charges of sexual battery involving a child, police said.

Just a random comment, that this man probably wasn't in the parks very often during the day. Since he was a maintenance worker they work at night most of the time.

Walt Disney World worker Tony Guerra arrested for possessing and distributing child pornography

Police arrested 21 year-old Walt Disney World worker, Tony Guerra, at his job at Disney-MGM Studios, after a detective says Guerra e-mailed her photos of child porn.

Guerra showed no emotion when he was arrested Thursday evening by agents from the FBI'S Innocent Images Task Force.

He was leaving his food service job there when he was handcuffed.

Walt Disney World managers helped the FBI find Guerra.

Investigators say they found images of child porn on Guerra's computer in a Kissimmee apartment where he has rented a room for three months.

well there are bad people everywhere but disney does an extrem job of watching who they hire. I always feel safe there.

Let's put it in perspective though. Now I'm just pulling numbers out of my hat, but let's say that 1% of the population are molesters. The number's probably smaller but let's keep the math easy. And let's say there are 55,000 people employed by Disney (I saw that number somewhere). Anyway, 1% of 55,000 = 550. So given those statistics, Disney should have at least a couple dozen people a year arrested for abuse. And they don't. These make the news becuase they are Disney and it's just so opposite of their mission. But it would seem they do a good job of hiring, training and watching people.
