Imagineering where have you gone, to Fox perhaps? After all these years with that site being empty, this is what they can come up with, really now!!
Where is the pride. How disappointing. Someone needs to send out a search party for the Imagineers.
SOOOOOO......what happens when the TV show itself gets eventually cancelled? Stick with the classics DIsney and leave the pop culture to the other parks.
It's a Disney thing. If you understood, your only question would be "can I go?"

Wait....why would the age limit at the parks be different than for the show is the prize is a "front of the line pass" for a show audition. For the show you have to be 16-28 years old.
To be fair, they ought to have the same age limits.
I see enough people making fools of themselves in the park why go to a show to see it.
I'm pretty sure they've realized how stupid of an idea it is to have the 'grand prize' a front of the line pass for the real show which I'm not sure how many would actually bother using, but I'm sure their 'plan B' is going to be tacky T-shirt with AI logo with mouse ears as the 'grand prize'
AH...the true definition of the best of both worlds...

I HATE this idea. Don't the imagineers remember what happened to Millionaire?

I think it's a great idea for those who are big fans of AI, and even for those who aren't. I also think the whole 'fastpass' for the actual auditions is great, but what about those people who aren't american citizens? can they not play the game because they are inelligble for the prize? I am Canadian, therefore I can't audition for the actual AI, so the prize would be pretty worthless to me.

Don't worry. It's pretty worthless to Americans too! Haha, I'm sorry I couldn't resist!

I loved Millionaire. I thought it was a fun relaxing way to get out of the heat in the summer, especially if you received the fastpasses. An actual American Idol though... that would just be torturing the guests to hearing bad singing.. I'm sorry but leave that to Simon, Paula, and Randy
