Since the railings to the balloon are still being worked on, it has to still be in testing.

It is tied down, or tethered. There are several cool videos on youtube of it and one shows it being set up and filled with helium, according to the video description.

Wonder how many people could "change" their voices with that????

According to a report on Allears.net, they hope to have everything up and running in the next week. Of course, the weather will play a big role in that.

We stopped by today, and although earlier this week they had been reporting it would open April 10, today they said not until next week. I am bummed--we leave Friday afternoon!!
