Minnie as Leia Slave Girl = NO! =(

I was at the Vinylmation event last night at Downtown and was talking to Randy Nobel. I was aksing about the big figs and the conversation turned to Star Wars Weekend. He indicated that a guest complained about Minnie in the slave girl costume so Disney is pulling it. This is very sad.... Randy was not certain what was going to be done with the figures already made or for people that had already ordered it.

Isn't the Star Wars Weekend 2009 event now just about over? I would think most have already been sold in the HS park. They only make a small number of them (600?).

I believe I saw Minnie as slave Leah pins as well when we were there a few weeks ago. Are they pulling all references to the character?

You would have thought someone would have figured this out a while ago. The big fig preview photos have been out for months!
