WDW twinned with Swindon, UK?

Is it true that the Magic Kingdom has been twinned with my local town of Swindon?

I saw something on the UK news but missed the main part?

Sister cities - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Basically, its an agreement between towns/cities to recognize each other in some fashion. There generally doesn't even need to be a similarity between them.

Ok, thanks for the replies. I'm a little surprised myself - the only thing magical about Swindon is the roundabout called the "The Magic Roundabout".

Im guessing the entry was extremely well presented, so congratulations to the winning lady.
