W. Disney Grandson, sad times
LOS ANGELES — The grandson of Walt Disney has pleaded not guilty to drug and gun charges in Los Angeles.
Patrick Disney Miller was being held in lieu of $550,000 bail after his arraignment Thursday on 19 felony counts.
The 42-year-old Miller was arrested earlier this month after a search warrant was served at his suburban Woodland Hills home.
Authorities say police found 13 handguns, a rifle, illegal assault rifle and various drugs. Miller is barred from owning guns or ammunition following a 2005 conviction on drug possession in Fresno.
Miller could face more than eight years in prison if convicted.
This was on FOx and CNN. Sad.
P.U.S.H.-A mantra MOST will not understand.
Disney rocks, Walt was a genius.

15 guns, one of which was illegal? Sounds like the man had quite the aresenal!
What I don't understand... If the police found YOUR drugs and YOUR illegal guns in YOUR home, why would you plead not guilty? That only makes the sentence worse should he be found guilty.

Being associated with the Disney name, you're telling me he couldn't get into the family business?

Re: W. Disney Grandson, sad times
FYI, it is not unusual to plead not guilty (or have a not guilty plea entered for you) early on in the process, and change it later to guilty, especially if there are hopes of plea bargaining.

The guy sounds like a major waste of space. I think he is already a convicted felon.

Re: W. Disney Grandson, sad times
It just amazes me how some peiople who have so much could waste their life away like that. With that kind of start in life you would think they could use their name and money to do some good in the world. It is indeed sad times for the Disney family. What a loser.

Clearly this Disney/Miller offspring has dedicated a good deal of his life to being a skumbag. I hope he enjoys his new digs.
