New Floor in GF

The Grand Floridian has a new marble floor with a whole bunch of characters and hidden mickeys thrown in. If anyone has any more pictures I'd love to see them.

-Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald & Pluto are shown mostly in silhouette in an intricate pattern inside the main first-floor entrance, along with the circular “GF” logo. The exact same pattern is repeated on the second-floor landing opposite the Monorail Station.
-Mickey & Minnie (in silhouette) are part of a pattern outside the dining room of 1900 Park Fare.
-Mickey, Minnie, Goofy & Donald are part of a large circular pattern in the rotunda outside the Grand Floridian Café.
-Mrs. Potts & Chip (and a rose) are outside the Garden View Tea Room.
-Silhouettes of Cinderella and Prince Charming are at the foot of the Grand Staircase.
-Peter Pan and the Darling children (Wendy, John & Michael) are shown flying in silhouette inside the lobby entrance beneath the Grand Staircase.
-Tinker Bell (in silhouette) is part of a pattern opposite the lobby’s twin elevators on the first and second floor.

When we were in WDW in late September they were working on the new floor, but we didn't check out all the cool details you pointed out.

Just another reason to go back. Like we need one.

The floor is absolutely spectacular!! We stayed there in September when everything was torn up, and I was able to see the finished product when I went back in November. It is worth visiting the GF just to see the floor!

I love how we're obsessing over a hotel getting a new floor! (haha.) That looks VERY cool, and I like how they didn't just plaster disney characters all over the floor, they made them match the theme, etc. Can't wait to see it!!
