I'm excited that Disney is making such a huge change to the park. Am I excited that it's going to be little more than a giant meet-and-greet princess area with an extra Dumbo thrown in? No. I'd be happier if they would incorporate the Tomorrowland Indy Speedway with this change. The one in Disneyland is amazing. The one at WDW is lame. Nothing 'futuristic' about driving a gocart. Why not go with what they're doing everywhere else, theme it to Cars, and move the entryway to Fantasyland instead. But now, we're about to get the pixies rammed down our collective throats.

Dumbo is going to be outside the Judges' Tent is. And there's going to be TWO Dumbo attractions to accommodate more guests

You are using Firefox or Safari I bet...

There is a bug in the forums when using those browsers that causes it to not display the first post on a page properly.

Go to page one of the thread. At the very top, scroll over to the right. THERE you will see the first post with the link.

Wow that is even more of a change that I thought. I remember the blueprints but this looks like there is going to be a lot more topography to it all... no more flat, hot, black pavement. Me likey!!

I'm a 35 year old man without any kids (yet) and as such, a lot about this expansion shouldn't appeal to me. But i'm such a Disney architecture geek, i'm incredibly excited about seeing this one day.

I am SO confused. Are they doing away with Pinocchio Village Haus for Gaston's Tavern? Where is Cinderella's Golden Carousel? The only thing I'm still not crazy about is the Dumbo move. I am just sentimental about Dumbo I guess - I know the "new" ride will accomodate more guests, but I'm still not excited about that part. Everything else (especially the new landscaping) looks amazing!

Original fantasyland remains intact as before except for the removal of Dumbo and the odd "Castle wall" being put up. All the new parts are going to be to the North East of the original part and stretches all the way into Toontown fair

I'm still not sure about the changes...

I welcome the natural feel with the increased foliage and trees but worried there will be too much emphasis on the Princesses and Pixies (though I welcome Gaston's Tavern).

Speaking for my hubbie who is also Disney mad, what's in it for the boys?
