Not really keen on their new love for long attraction names.

Ultimately, it is the concept behind the ride that I love (more than whatever name it is given). These are the things we should be riding from the parking lots instead of trams. ****, shouldn't really have all those buses roaming the property for 15+ hours a day on average either.

yup... see i rode it once as an 7 year old in 93... and have a spotty memory of it at best... for me it will be the TTA as for others it is always and will always be the Wedway Peoplemover...

Glad I'm not the only one! There are a lot of rides that people wish would come back that I have no memory of... and I would probably be upset if the replacements were gone. And I mean, I'm 24 so I'm young, but its not like I'm a child or anything. Ah well.

i know how you feel... im 24 too... like EO... im gonna see it for the first time on this trip... some things we do get to experience...

Me too! I'm going on a two week trip starting next weekend and it will be my first time seeing EO. I couldn't stand Honey I Shrunk the Audience (I liked it as a kid but the last few times I bothered to see it it just seemed horrible and outdated to me) so I can't say I'll miss it! I'm just hoping they make something new after EO and don't bring HISTA back. So, I guess that's one situation where even though I'm not emotionally attached to EO, anything would be better than it's replacement!

i cannot see them brining HISTA back... there is such hatred for it... i like you used to enjoy it... but now its a joke... i guess we grew up... thats the only explanation i can think up...

The last time I saw it was a few years ago, and we went cause there was a "5 minute" wait. Well, turns out that they decided not to show it until the theater was pretty much FULL. Do you know how long it takes for enough people to come to that show for it to almost fill up? 50 minutes we waited!! Oh, what a waste of an hour of my life!

Well, I think we should both come back after our upcoming trips to discuss EO vs HISTA. Although like I said, ANYTHING is better. Speaking of upcoming trips, is there an August meet of the month? Does anyone know? I've had three trips of missing it by ONE stinking day.

Just because they refuse to update the film/attraction (and no, EO does not count as an 'update', folks) doesn't mean Kodak shouldn't update their promotional video. And let's recreate that awful version of True Colors, while we're at it. Those one little brat singing off-key kills me every time.
