You are an a employee. Unfortunately you got to do what management tells you and being that with Disney your a Cast Member, it is their show. I am sorry and I respect your right but they sign your checks. You signed the agreement portion of the contract and I think that you need to read what you signed.

i still say... remember how they coin the title of their employees... cast members... it means more than just to make them seem as though they are actors... it gives Disney the right to dictate how they dress and how they look... this is exactly the same thing.... this is how you have to dress... you dont like it... too bad... you are technically an actor... and thus must wear the costume given to you...

If you want to wear a Hijab, search for an employer which will allow it...

If this person were a nudist, would there be anyone coming to the employee's defense???
