And for the record, I think the Little Mermaid ride is a step backwards.

Not backwards, necessarily. Just to the side, about two exits away over at Epcot. I'm picturing Finding Ariel.

anyone here think people ride the ToT because they love Rod Serling and the Twilight Zone...? they ride it because they love the attraction simple as that...

I rode it the first time b/c I LOVE the Twilight Zone. But the ride brings people back.

There was actually much discussion on this exact thing(Ariel vs. Nemo attractions). I think that the Ariel attraction will be a solid D-ticket. It won't be great, but it'll be something families will want to ride every trip.

If it weren't for Turtle Talk, the Nemo ride in Epcot would not have sufficed at all...

This whole time I missed on the point that this "no-so-rumored and not-actually-planned" TRON coaster was OUTDOOR. I forgot that the controversy was on the coaster being a re-themed Barnstormer. Phew--glad that it is not true. A light cycle attraction in Tomorrowland or DHS would work.
