New Disney Race!

Alright all, time to brainstorm! Disney has announced that they are coming out with a new race, they are introducing it in a couple of weeks but they are giving clues before the announcement. Here is the first one:

Any ideas?! Start naming them!

Didn't WDW Today just discuss this race on Monday's podcast for the 2011 Food & Wine 1/2 Marathon options? Is this a new race?

This is different. It's supposed to be a new race that will not be announced for another couple of weeks but leading up to the announcement they are giving some hint/clues for people to begin making guesses.

One thing I have seen is that the top 2 movies with the slash in the middle somehow represent a date and the bottom 2 with the colon represent a time...any thoughts?

I'm hoping it's not a Cali race...I know they only have one BUT, I'd rather have another one here. :0)

I think it will be in Cali, at the bottom of the email they sent out is says "Add me to the Disneyland Resort mailing list". I GUESS it would be fair, because we already have so many...but I really wanted a new race in the summer.

Although some people seem to think its a Triathalon, or a new race to go along with the Fantasyland expansion.

So Disney said that a few people in the comments on the Run Disney facebook page have already guessed correctly...and check out this guy's post:

Puzzle solved, at the start they stated "the answer lies within these words"
an anagram of which is
WDWS NEWEST TRIATHLON SERIES

There are some extra letters but that could be cool...one of the clues seems to point to Blizzard Beach, maybe that will be the swim portion!
