Be Our Guest Restaurant

Anyone heard any rumours or indeed have a confirmed opening date for the restaurant to be opened in Beasts Castle?

I been listening through podcasts today and I could have sworn one of them rumoured summer 2012... alas I don't know which podcast and I can't find anything online. :cookie:

Late 2012 is what they're telling us right now. Sounds like it wouldn't be until fall at least, but who knows! :)

Really hoping we will be able to make a reservation for our trip in September!

One would think that they would try to open much of it together... I am fearful of the fact that they might ***** this opening up...

That date still seems to be a moving target.

Everything I've seen reads "Late 2012" too. Now, what does that mean? September, October, November or December???? If it were any earlier, they'd advertise an opening for "Summer 2012". We go to WDW in mid-October. So, I am keeping my fingers crossed that the new restaurant and area will be open. :mickeykid

That's Disney's way of not putting a date on it. Smart on their part. This way, if something isn't ready, they have plenty of wiggle room during which to open. I'm sure they're not too concerned over ADRs for a brand new restaurant. It'll be full without people needing to call three months in advance to lock in a seat.

This place, along with the Art of Animation resort, are both going to be crazy packed for a long time until the newness wears some.

Isn't BOGR supposed to be a counter service by day and ADR by night?

I NEED it to be open in October. we will be there for our disney wedding and my fiance has never been to Disney. This thing is what he talks about most.
"Will we get to see the beauty and the beast castle?" "Will the batb castle be there?" etc etc....
Since he has never been much of a disney fan... seeing him this excited about something in WDW is amazing.
