Just saw on Allearsnet that Buzz will be closed for rehab from Jan. 4 thru Feb. 8th. The fact that Test Track will be under rehab during the same period means that my daughter's two favorite rides are out of commission during our upcoming vacation :(
Anyway, does anyone know if the Buzz rehab will involve an update along the lines of the DL version, or is it just routine maintenance?

The Buzz rehab is scheduled to last from Jan 4th thru Feb. 8th.
My trip is from Jan 31 to Feb 5. Thus, the disappointment....
In response to the original question, the Buzz vehicles will be getting a "Disneyland-style" makeover, with the removeable laser guns. I do not believe that the web-style interactivity will be installed, however.

Buzz is indeed in need of some TLC. When we were there in October the roof was leaking into the queue area and the cars and guns were showing a lot of wear and tear.
