| If you are a Magic Kingdom fanatic (well, would you be on this board if you weren't?), you'll LOVE the Incredibles on Ice show!!! The storyline: The "Parr Family", undercover super-heroes, have decided to visit the Magic Kingdom for the first time. Skate routines featuring the Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder Mountain, Buzz Lightyear Astro-blasters, Space Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, and the Pirates occur as the family moves around the park. Syndrome, the Incredibles' nemesis , shows up and kidnaps Mickey and Minnie (this part may upset some of the younger children), and the Incredibles must scramble to rescue them and the Magic Kingdom. The kids can use their Incredible wristbands (given to the kids at the entrance gate) to help catch the bad guy! There's a 20 minute intermission in the middle, bringing the show to almost 2 hours. Also, as to be expected at a Disney production, souvenier vendors roam the stands selling expesive trinkets (think: Fantasmic pre-show). The tickets themselves are pretty expensive (we paid $50 each for lower-level seats). But, I thought it was worth it...almost like being at the real MK. The Haunted Masion set-up was my favorite part.

| Okay, saw this last night and it was FABULOUS!!!!! What a way to taste a bit of Disney Magic and hold me over until our June trip!!! The night didn't start out to well, when my DH called 1/2 and hour before we were to walk out the door to tell me there was no way he was going to be able to make it home in time due to an issue that came up at work....so we decided to invite one of Parker's friends to come along. We took a friend that had never been to a Disney on Ice production. Needless to say, he loved it and had a great time. Parker was thrilled to share the experience with one of his buddies!!! This is the 6 Disney On Ice Show that we have attended and by far I believe this one was the best! I loved the storyline of The Parr's going to the Magic Kingdom and ending up becoming the Incredibles to save Minnie and Mickey from Syndrome! It was so much fun seeing glimpses of different MK attractions and LOVED hearing all of the well known Disney tunes! Anybody who gets the chance to see this show should absolutely go!!!! |

| We go on | Wow, I got to about halfway through this page and actually started considering it. Lol, sorry but when I first read it I was like, OH GOD NO!!! I hope it's not those cheesy MK costumes that the CM's wear, on Ice!! I thought it would be the cheesy costumes. But, now it is starting to sound pretty neat! I was waiting for a WDW themed "Disney On Ice." And STILL not coming to FL anytime soon. |

| Maura Colleen the Makeup Queen | We went last Sunday and we loved it! The Haunted Mansion thing was awesome. I still can't believe how expensive things were though... 12 dollars for a snow cone? Yeech! |

I know...that's why we always do the show opening night and get the tickets for $10 a piece! By the time we pay the $10 for parking, the $12 for the program, hit the souvenier stand, get snowcones for both kids $20 (you must have had Mr. Incredible he was $2 more expensive!), popcorn for one $10 and cotton candy for the other another $10.... it isn't a cheap night out by any means. Afterall though, it is Disney and IMHO always a great show and well worth it! | |
