Or at least this is what I noticed when I was there.
The Stitch at the top of World of Disney has been given a piratey makeover.
The World of Disney was FLOODING with Stitch products.
Oh and Stitch is still in the monorail spiel for Magic Kingdom.
It is funny though.

It wasn't enough that they made four sequels and a tv show? They have to put Stitch everywhere possible in Disney World?
Yo ho, yo ho, a pirates life for me

NOOOO I'm going in just over 3 weeks and Stitch better be off the monorail spiel or someone at Disney will hear from me, that would ruin my entire ride on the monorail.
Then you don't want a wake up call, either.
Dont tell me there is a Stitch wake up call!!
I know you aren't going to be happy about this, but a rumor was mentioned this past week (7/31) on another podcast, Inside The Magic, that Fantasmic was going down for several weeks over the winter in order to do a refurb and add a Stitch scene to the show.
I'm not crazy about the Pocahontas part of WDW's Fantasmic, but instead of Stitch, I wished they would do Disneyland's version with Peter Pan!
Like Lou always says, it's just a rumor at this point.
“To all who come to this happy place; welcome. Disneyland is your land. Here age relives fond memories of the past...and here youth may savor the challenge and promise of the future. Disneyland is dedicated to the ideals, the dreams and the hard facts that have created America...with the hope that it will be a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.”
Disney is definetly wearing out Stitch. At the TTC (Transportation and Ticket Center) there is a huge Stitch blow up. Not to mention the monorails, and everywhere else in Disney. Sooner or later, they are going to have everything Stitch. Can you imagine that?
Stitch is in the monorails, in every store, is always on TV, has his own ride, is walking around all the parks, being sold more and more each day by fans, and is ruining my day. Can we please get back to our regular lives, Disney?
