Parents of Man Killed at Disneyland Sue

Marcelo Torres suffered severe blunt force trauma and died of extensive internal bleeding in the September 2003 accident that injured 10 other people.

Torres died when the Big Thunder Mountain Railroad's locomotive struck a tunnel roof and the first passenger car ran under the locomotive.

The lawsuit filed by Jaime and Carmen Torres seeks unspecified damages.
