    Pixar-Disney talks back on?

So, I read today that the Pixar talks may be turned back on if Eisner resigns (or is removed). The article pointed to a bunch of different quotes by Steve and others at Pixar which all appear to indicate that Pixar is leaving the door open for talks to resume if Eisner does leave.

One example is that Pixar has delayed discussions with other studios until mid-March, which coincides with the shareholder meeting... maybe they wanted to see the results of the proxy vote.

That sounds promising. Adam, would that only be if Eisner is out completely or do you imagine his stepping down from the Chairman position my be enough to open the talks again?

Well, initially I read that the failed "negotiations" was a bargaining tactic by Steve Jobs anyway.

So, it makes sense to readdress the issue after (if) Eisner leaves.

I would imagine that there is enough bad blood between the two that the only way for the talks to resume would be for Eisner to be gone completely.
