Japan?

For about the past 3 times I've been to EPCOT, I've seen construction work at the Japan pavilion. The building and everything towards the back are covered with scaffolding and stuff. Does anyone know whats going on back there?

I think they're just refurbishing everything because reservations for the restaurant aren't available right now but they're available sometime next year. . . If that statement makes any sense. . . Everything's probably just getting a sprucing up.

Not just the restaurant, because I remember eating there a year ago and scaffolding was in the Japan area then. I really hope they add something, I really like Japan and would love to see more to it than a few restaurants and a store...

I am pretty sure plans were being made for a small theater room somewhere in the back of japan for what I do not know this is just a rumour

Its just a refurb for Epcots 25th birthday.
