I was there in 2006, and it was not there... they might have just added it back in.. but it wasn't there in 2006
If they can bring the ESPNZone typical attractions like the Slapshot cage, the Steeplechase and that but keep some of the cooler timeless DisneyQuest attractions like Comix Buzz Lightyear AstroBlasters and CyberSpace Mountain, I think it could work.

My kids and I went to Disney Quest, for the first time, last December and I am not sure who had the most fun !! I loved playing all the air hockey I could stand, the Pirates of the Caribbean pinball machine and I can't forget the CHESSECAKE !!!!
Can't wait to go back to my happy place !
All it takes is a little pixie dust...a true heart of a child...to enjoy the Happiest Place on Earth !
Disneyland -- 1968, 1969 X 2, 1974, 1977, 1982, 1984 X2, 1986, 1988, 1990, 1991, 1992 X 2, 2007 (Pirates Premier)
Walt Disney World -- 1974, 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979 X 2, 1980 X 2, 1981, 1982 X 2, 1983, 1999 (New Yr's Eve Celebrations), 2006 (Halloween Night), Nov./Dec. 2007
circa 1997, the original plan was for Disney Quest to become a nationwide birthday party destination...to compete with Chuck E. Cheese and similar places. According to her, Kansas City was supposed to be the site for Disney Quest #3. Then the one in Chicago tanked and the plan was scrapped. I had really been looking forward to it, and was sad to see the plan shelved.
The Kansas City area (Lee's Summit) is getting a Legoland...so I guess the theme parks on the coasts at least do recognize that there is a heartland- they just haven't figured out how to capitalize on it yet!
I have been, but I probably won't go anymore. The only thing worth the time IMHO is Cyber SpaceMountain
Disney Quest was horrible (last visit Feb 2008)
Food was everywhere, no clean up, rude janitor trying to moderator video game playing, very hot with no A/C and the CPs and seasonals didn't seem to care![]()
I LOVE DISNEY QUEST!!!! that rumor has been going around for awhile now, and they havent done anything so i doubt that they will close it.
I went back in '02 when it was included w/ tickets but not since I had to pay for individually
Had never been before, but ended up going there twice during May '08 trip. Really enjoyed Pirates attraction and Jungle Cruise rafts. CM's were friendly and the place was pretty clean. Hope it sticks around.
I think that if they would just advertise this place a little, and now give it an upgrade it would again, be a really cool place to visit. My wife and I have always had a great time when we have been here. There is so much to do, and we have found, something for everyone.
