Walt Disney World (WDW) Rumors Discuss This is sort of sad.... in the News & Rumors forums; ....but after reading the caption under WDW rumors made me wonder, is Animal Kingdom closing? I have heard this rumor. BTW, if this should be in "Ask the Experts", sorry!!...

    This is sort of sad....

    ....but after reading the caption under WDW rumors made me wonder, is Animal Kingdom closing? I have heard this rumor.

    With all the money Disney is spending on Expedition Everest, don't expect Animal Kingdom to close anytime soon!

    WHAT! I hiiiiiiiiiighly doubt it. Why would they close the most visited theme park on the planet? The day they close MK is the day I kill myself... so thats why they wont close it!

    No way. MK is the most popular park at WDW, and there's not a chance of it closing. Where did you hear this? Out of all the WDW rumors, I've never heard this one.

    I don't think Disney will ever close a park. It's cheaper to try to fix what's wrong with a park.

    Again, I want to know who started the MK closing rumor! I bet it was someone from that other place - you know, the one that thinks that WDW is all "pixie dust and fairy tales"!

    If Magic Kingdom closed, they would probably have to close the rest of Disney World because that's what started it all so it will have to end it all!
