What would you do with Pleasure Island?

I think the big part of the announcement today is that there will be new jobs available in construction and later in merchandising.

And as cute as the pictures are, it looks to invite the same local bangers as PI did. The crime was a real issue at PI and I can't see how this open atmosphere wouldn't invite the same problems.

Hope I am wrong.
